The "Member’s Guide to Discernment" scale is intended to be a general

evaluation of the overall health of the church as a whole, including both leadership and congregation dynamics. It’s meant to capture the broader picture rather than focusing on individual actions or particular circumstances. It is designed to clarify a member's thinking, providing them with objective prayer points and topics they can discuss with their pastor.

I feel spiritually refreshed and strengthened in my walk with God as I serve in this church:
I feel emotionally drained and overwhelmed due to the demands of ministry.
My passion for preaching and shepherding this congregation remains strong.
