A Bit of Background
Here at Hometown Hope Ministries, Inc., we are driven by a single goal; to do our part in bringing glory to God through assisting Independent Baptist churches to revitalize!
At Hometown Hope Ministries, Inc., we are dedicated to recruiting, equipping, supporting, and coordinating with local Independent Baptist churches, and Independent Baptist Training Centers to locate missionary pastors that will go to rural churches across North America.
As a Hometown Revitalizing Pastor, you will be an integral part of revitalizing a church and sharing the gospel with the community at large, seeking to build a strong Bible-believing, Bible practicing church, that is self governing, self supporting, and self propagating (all under the authority of Christ).
Once per month Hometown Hope will provide an online tune-up. This "tune-up" will be with the Revitalization Pastor. The meeting will be a time of prayer, reflection, problem solving, and planning.
Included in this rally time is ongoing leadership training, emotional, ministerial, and theological support and counseling.

It is intense, honest, and seeks to leave no stone unturned in the process of initiating revitalization in your church. Please contact us for more information.
Annual Encouragement Meeting
"Church-wide Revitalization Rally!"
With Hometown Hope, you will never be without support and guidance. We are only a phone call or an email or a text away. Each year, Hometown Hope will engage with the revitalization church for an "Encouragement meeting" we call a "Church-wide Revitalization Rally!"
Replanter and Revitalizer Survey
There are 13 characteristics pastors must develop to be effective replanters or revitalizers. Replanting and Revitalization are difficult. In order to persevere and be successful, it will require a clear call from God for both the pastor and his spouse.
